Owner, Larry Kiwaczyk, founded Innovative Remodeling, Inc. in the summer of 1978. With the idea of creating a remodeling company that would bring to the customer a quality of workmanship and customer service that would surpass other remodeling companies. Over the last 32 years, I believe I have achieved this goal by hand picking tradesman to work along side me who truly are experts in their craft and really care for the customer’s needs and expectations. These are qualities that have always been of the utmost importance to me, my customer, and the success of my company. My entire crew; including myself, have a genuine love for what we do for a living. This is what I believe is the most important trait of a true craftsman. We offer references to all our customers and urge them to check these references by seeing the actual work we have done and speak with our customers about their experience with us doing their project. We also as a team, work to keep track of new materials that go on the market, proper installation of these products through manufacturers recommendations and specifications, and always inform the customer of the quality (good or bad) of the products we have worked with. You may be surprised to know how many tradesman out there today have been taught improper installation techniques by companies whose main concern is to get the job done as fast as possible (cutting out vital installation steps). Which leaves you, the customer, a project that may look good for a year or two, but is always destined to fail in one way or another. Then what do you do? You never have to concern yourself with these problems because we, at Innovative Remodeling, will show all our customers the manufacturers recommendations for installation of any product we install. We, at Innovative Remodeling, always educate our customers with the correct knowledge of materials, products, their limitations, and most importantly the proper installation of these materials and products. We also pass on to all of our customers the discounted “contractors pricing” we receive by dealing directly with the suppliers of many different products and materials. We have always taken great deal of pride in the work we do at Innovative Remodeling and you can rest assured that the work we do for you will be of the highest quality possible.
